BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide ongoing home visits in Hampton, New Hampshire.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized care plans in accordance with clients' needs
- Conduct regular home visits to deliver high-quality patient care
- Perform various nursing tasks, including medication administration, wound care, and treatments
- Monitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to clinical managers

Requirements- A current license as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, solid computer skills, and the ability to travel to cases as assigned. Estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
