About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at AdventHealth Wauchula. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care using a multidisciplinary approach to the Nursing process.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient/family needs in relation to presenting problem, care needs, physical condition, and learning needs.
  • Perform head-to-toe assessment on all patients and reassessments as per policy.
  • Identify problems and/or nursing diagnosis and plan for nursing interventions.
  • Anticipate patient care problems and initiate corrective actions.
