We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Denny's. Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 15-20 crew members to ensure that they are providing excellent service and adhering to our brand standards.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all restaurant operations are running smoothly, including food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Guest Satisfaction: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring that they have a great dining experience.
- Employee Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our hourly employees.
- Financial Management: Analyze financial reports and develop strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs.
- Brand Standards: Ensure that all restaurant operations are in compliance with our brand standards, including food safety and quality.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certifications: Food Safety Manager certification required.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
The Restaurant Manager will be required to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
