At Interim HealthCare, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Supervisor RN to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor RN, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in a home health setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of home health nurses to ensure they are providing the highest level of care to patients.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient care to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Develop and implement education programs for patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Colorado.
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience in home healthcare, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations, as well as current best practices in home healthcare.
