Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or eligibility for licensure.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
