House Supervisor

Job Summary:

As a House Supervisor at Taylor Regional Hospital, you will oversee the functions and activities within the nursing departments, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality patient care. This leadership role requires a strong nursing background, with a valid Kentucky RN license and a minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience. Previous management experience and critical care experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures
• Perform nursing duties as needed to support the team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient patient care
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction

Requirements:

• Valid Kentucky RN license
