About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) to join our clinical team. As a PMHNP at Lifestance Health, you will work closely with our experienced clinicians to deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare services to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct therapy sessions and medication management as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing with certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  • Licensed to practice in the state of Michigan
  • Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
