About the Job:

EAST OHIO LLC is a leading healthcare organization seeking a skilled Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the receipt and shipment of goods, as well as maintaining accurate records and communicating with vendors and customers.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with previous experience in a receiving or supply chain role. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position. Proficiency in computer programs such as Meditech, SAP, or Lawson is also preferred.

The Warehouse Logistics Specialist will be responsible for inspecting shipments for damage and accuracy, maintaining POs and packing slips, ensuring signatures for all persons picking up supplies, and assisting inventory specialists with supply deliveries. This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma required; degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a receiving or supply chain role preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Meditech, SAP, or Lawson.
Physical Requirements:
  • Sitting 2-3 hours per day.
  • Walking and lifting 5-6 hours per day.
  • Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, and pushing.
  • Frequently lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Occasionally lifting objects of 75 pounds.
  • Rarely lifting objects in excess of 100 pounds.
