Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join our team. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide non-medical care and companionship to our clients, assisting with daily tasks, personal care, and household responsibilities.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and provide personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide non-medical care and companionship to clients, including assistance with daily tasks, personal care, and household responsibilities
  • Assist clients with medication reminders, grocery shopping, and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, including conversation, reading, and other activities
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer assistance, including walking, bathing, and dressing
  • Document client care and services provided, including progress notes and incident reports
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in home care or caregiving preferred
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
