Job Responsibilities

Regularly communicate and work well with colleagues and customers to exemplify reliability, patience, flexibility, and leadership.
Problem-solve, set goals with crew members, and train new hires to feel a sense of accomplishment.
Lead a 3-man crew, provide customer service, and report to upper management while improving communication skills.
Fulfill jobs on time and update supervisors with project progress by utilizing organizational and time management abilities.
Demonstrate technical knowledge by applying single and double gravel train experience on job sites.
Lift at least 50 pounds daily, unload equipment, and complete tie-downs to DOT regulation standards.
