We are looking for a compassionate caregiver to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). As an LPN, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations

You will work closely with our Director of Nursing to ensure all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Possess an active LPN license in the state where you reside
• Current/active CPR Certification
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills

In addition to your technical skills, you should be able to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent patient care.

This salary range is based on industry standards and location.
