Radiology Technologist PRN

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at StoneSprings Hospital Center. As a Radiology Tech PRN, you will be responsible for performing radiographic procedures using fixed and portable units in the imaging department, nursing units, and operating suites.
Key Responsibilities- Perform all radiologic and fluoroscopic procedures following departmental protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring their rights and privacy are maintained.
- Assist physicians in fluoroscopy using fixed and portable units.
- Practice radiation safety and observe universal precautions at all times.
- Document and maintain all required department records.
- Graduate of a program in radiologic technology approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association or documented equivalent education.
- Current certification by the American Registry of Radiology: Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as an RT(R) or eligible for registry.
- BLS certification through American Red Cross (AHA and military certifications accepted) required upon hire.
