Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Deliver direct nursing care in alignment with established protocols and policies.
- Develop and oversee patient care plans.
- Monitor and document patient conditions accurately.
- Facilitate coordinated care among healthcare team members.
- Execute physician and nursing directives effectively.
- Assess and address patient care needs collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Licensure and Certifications:
- BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Registered Nurse license must be obtained prior to employment.
- Wisconsin Board of Nursing credentialing is mandatory before starting.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification is preferred.
- Advanced Life Support certification is also preferred.
Education:
- Must possess a diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure at the time of hire.
