VNS Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Educator to join our team in Hoboken, New Jersey.
About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Educator to manage and deliver clinical education programs that foster high-quality care through evidence-based practice, performance improvement activities, and professional staff development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement clinical education programs that align with CMS Triple Aim framework and address patient-centered needs.
- Collaborate with Education staff to develop an annual training calendar and ensure a coordinated approach to ongoing programs.
- Manage implementation of clinical staff development programs, including orientation, in-services, training, and other learning activities.
- Ensure all clinical education programs meet standards of nursing and social work practice, state and federal regulations, and VNS Health policies and procedures.
- Review program-specific educational program outcomes and program evaluations to determine areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
- Current license and registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent work experience required.
- Master's Degree in Nursing required.
- Minimum four years' experience in a community-based or long-term home health setting, including at least two years with a primary focus on education and training.
- Medicare experience strongly preferred.
