Physical Demands:

Work Schedule:

Availability to work two 12-hour shifts every weekend from 3 PM to 3:30 AM is essential.

Job Overview:

As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Services division, you will provide care for adult patients aged 18 and older. The Emergency Department is structured into five distinct areas, including triage for prioritizing care needs, express care for low-acuity patients, an acute care area for common emergency complaints, a critical care section for trauma and intensive care patients, and a Level I Trauma Center for complex injuries.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and documenting patient care.
  • Developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans.
  • Delivering direct patient care and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.
  • Training and supervising Nursing Care Technicians.
  • Adhering to all relevant policies and regulations.

This role emphasizes collaboration among nursing staff and physicians to enhance communication and improve patient outcomes, utilizing a patient-centered approach to care.
