Mixologist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
• Assess customer needs and preferences and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking and replenishing inventory and supplies as needed
• Check customer identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
