About the Role

Safire Rehabilitation of Northtowns LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and leading our team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume nursing responsibilities for the management of resident and staff activities, ensuring effective quality nursing care is delivered.
  • Identify needs and provide input for discharge planning and follow-up throughout the length of stay.
  • Implement plans of care consistently, effectively, and cost-efficiently, with a focus on resident-centered outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to share information relevant to changing plans of care.
  • Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating knowledge and skills of current nursing practices.
  • Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment LPN, and CNA assignments and activities in an assigned unit and shift.
  • Ensure timely communication of current treatment and assessment information, efficient delivery of services, and timely compilation of new information.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff activities to ensure that nursing care is carried out as directed, and treatment administered in accordance with treatment plans and physician's instructions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Management or supervisory experience.
  • Current license to practice.
  • Previous experience in a nursing home capacity.
