We are seeking a committed Charge Nurse in Critical Care Response to join our team.

The RN Charge Rapid Response plays a crucial role in delivering critical care expertise to adult patients facing unexpected life-threatening situations or rapid deterioration, utilizing a consultative and supportive approach.

This position facilitates care until the patient is stabilized or transferred to a higher level of care, while the primary nurse maintains responsibility.

Additionally, this role involves providing formal and informal education and training to nursing staff as a subject matter expert, mentoring nurses throughout the facility.

Responsibilities include performing delegated medical functions in accordance with the nurse practice act, policies, procedures, and protocols. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program - Required
A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
A minimum of two (2) years of critical care experience is required.
