Position Summary

As a Facility Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will encompass all tasks related to the cleanliness and upkeep of office and shop environments, including restroom sanitation and necessary outdoor maintenance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Complete all scheduled cleaning and maintenance tasks on a daily, bi-weekly, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
  • Report any general facility maintenance concerns (such as doors and restrooms) to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
  • Assist in the relocation of materials or equipment within or between facilities.
  • Meet quality and production objectives consistently.
  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
  • Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and ITAR compliance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated personal effectiveness and credibility.
  • Strong communication skills with team members.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
  • Capability to lift up to 40 pounds.
