Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients in a customer-focused manner.
- Introduce clients to a Client Advisor, providing relevant information regarding their visit and primary needs.
- Document and maintain records of client interactions using the center's CRM system.
- Support the Sales Department in generating new business and leads through targeted marketing strategies, including portfolio management, internet lead handling, and telemarketing.
- Exhibit enthusiasm for all BMW products and services, demonstrating knowledge of their features and benefits.
- Manage client portfolios to ensure comprehensive understanding of the lease-end process and facilitate client appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to create sales opportunities.
- Follow up with unsold showroom traffic and perform other phone outreach tasks.
- Assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner throughout their interactions.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality care.
- Perform basic administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
- Provide support to service staff and management as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BMW dealership.
- Familiarity with automotive industry CRM tools and software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Experience in administrative support and/or telephone communication.
- Background in sales or customer support.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks concurrently.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Successful completion of a 7-year criminal background check and drug screening.
