M&Y CARE LLC is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing mental health services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Mental Health Evaluations: Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations to render accurate diagnoses.
- Treatment Plans: Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Clinical Supervision: Provide clinical supervision to Care Coordinators and other program staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Patient Care Coordination: Coordinate patient care with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Staff Development: Monitor and facilitate the development of skills in the delivery of OMHAS-defined CPST and TBS services among Care Coordinators and other program staff.
- Productivity Monitoring: Monitor staff productivity and assist in the development of improvement strategies as needed.
- Case File Management: Monitor and sign off on staff completion of case files, including case openings, ISPs, 90-day treatment reviews, case notes, and case closings.
- Documentation and Training: Train and develop staff in documentation skills and monitor adherence to agency policies and procedures.
- Licensure: Possess an LCSW, LISW, or LICSW license in any state, with Ohio licensure being a plus.
- Experience: Experience in medical settings and/or long-term care is highly desirable.
- Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness, knowledge of geriatric psych needs, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
