Job Title: OTR Driver Position

Job Summary:

Hillandale Farms is seeking a qualified OTR driver to transport products to and from our locations in West Union, IA, and other states throughout the US. The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL Class A driver's license, 1 year of OTR driving experience, and a current DOT medical certificate.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain DOT regulated driver logs daily as required
* Transport products to and from Hillandale Farms locations
* Transport other company's products to destinations as required
* Maintain all necessary paperwork for delivery of products to customers
* Unload products at customer locations and load returns, if applicable
* Repetitive pushing and pulling of full racks of eggs on Direct Store Delivery (DSD) runs
* Keep vehicle fueled, neat, and clean at all times

Requirements:

* Valid CDL Class A driver's license
* 1 year of OTR driving experience
* Current DOT medical certificate
* Acceptable driving record
* FMSCA registered

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to move 40-60lbs
* Position requires repetitive lifting, squatting, twisting, turning, kneeling, and bending

* Typical schedule is Sunday through Thursday, with 1-2 nights a week on the road
