Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, evaluating outcomes and adjusting nursing care processes as needed.
  • Assess and reassess patients, utilizing appropriate pain management techniques and educating patients and families on pain management.
  • Use triage process to ensure timely and appropriate care to patients, accurately assigning triage categories.
