Intake Associate

As a key member of the Operations team at GOAT Group, you will play a crucial role in managing our worldwide distribution network. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all products received from Business Development and Operations are accurately processed and stored in the correct accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Intake team in receiving and processing product drops
• Ensure accurate recording and documentation of all intake
• Communicate with the team to resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Assist in training new team members on product intake procedures
• Collaborate with the Fulfillment team to receive and pack out products

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 35 pounds)
