Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake all cakes according to our company standards and guidelines
  • Maintain par levels of cakes and create baking plans accordingly
  • Make frosting as needed
  • Clean and sanitize work station and equipment
Requirements:
  • Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift 50lbs
  • Previous bakery experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines

Work Schedule:

Bakers will be scheduled 30-40 hours per week Monday-Saturday. Shift times are typically morning (8:30am-4pm) or midday (10am-5pm or 11am-6pm). Some early hours and holidays will be needed.

Compensation:

$17.00 per hour
