Your Responsibilities:
The primary goal of the Operations Team Leader is to guarantee an exceptional maintenance service experience for both residents and homeowners.
You will manage maintenance and repair costs by supervising, coaching, and supporting Team Leads and Operations personnel while innovating ways to enhance processes and technology. Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) along with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be monitored to assess progress on this goal.
Key Duties Include:
- Overseeing and reviewing daily team performance, focusing on execution speed, decision-making quality, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
- Conducting regular shadowing sessions to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Communicating company directives to the Operations Team and providing guidance on new procedures.
- Organizing and facilitating weekly team meetings, project planning sessions, workshops, and creating job aid documents.
- Coordinating coverage for team members as necessary.
- Assisting in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new operations staff.
- Collaborating closely with the Vendor Management Team to expand the regional vendor network and with the Resident Services Team to ensure a comprehensive positive resident experience.
- Conducting all business in compliance with company policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations.- Participating in scheduled mentoring and coaching sessions, training classes, and regular meetings regarding policy, processes, procedures, KPI monitoring, and budget tracking with Upper Management.
- Performing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned while continuously seeking improvement opportunities for the team.We Value Self-Starters:

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Ability to swiftly learn and teach new software applications.
- Process-oriented and data-driven mindset.
- Capacity to multitask, prioritize projects and tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in negotiation, customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Home Partners policies regarding repairs, budgets, and authorizations.
- Understanding of home systems, including renovation, repair, and maintenance.
- Specialized knowledge of state laws related to notices, SDA requirements, and regional standard home features and repairs; knowledge and compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
