Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Job Descriptions and Skills matrix to create a supportive work environment that encourages open communication.
- Conduct performance evaluations, implement appropriate counseling measures, and ensure accurate time card submissions.
- Support the Electrolux Management System by implementing continuous improvement initiatives and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead activities such as line balancing, time studies, SMED, and problem-solving while ensuring adherence to labor mapping.
- Promote and support Autonomous Maintenance initiatives.
- Engage in environmental sustainability efforts.

- Degree in Industrial Technology or equivalent experience.
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and drawings, with strong report writing skills and familiarity with process improvement methodologies.

- Experience in leading root cause analysis and familiarity with Material Flow, Welding, Enamel Stamping, or Robotics is preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in ERP, Time and Attendance, and OEE systems.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
