About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Bealls Delray Beach. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving sales through outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a welcoming and personalized experience for every guest, every time
  • Engage in friendly and genuine conversation with guests to build rapport and loyalty
  • Role model established guest experience practices and adapt to different guest interactions and situations
  • Maintain a clean and organized register area, adhering to company standards
  • Accurately handle register operations and transactions, ensuring a seamless guest experience
  • Utilize company standard software, systems, and procedures to optimize guest service
Requirements
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
  • Ability to work varying hours and schedules, including days, mid-shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Demands
  • Able to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 pounds
  • Full body rotation and mobility required
  • Reliable transportation necessary
