Job Summary

The Army National Guard is seeking a skilled Parachute Rigger Specialist to join our team. As a Parachute Rigger Specialist, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient packing, maintenance, and inspection of parachutes and other aerial equipment. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rig and inspect aerial equipment, including parachutes, harnesses, and containers
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on aerial equipment
  • Conduct thorough inspections of aerial equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless jump operations
  • Develop and implement procedures for aerial equipment maintenance and inspection

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards
  • Must be between the ages of 17 and 35
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
