Job Description

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the facility, ensuring that finished products meet customer volume and quality requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Shift Coordination: Coordinate activities within all process areas to ensure product meets all defined scheduling and quality requirements.
  • Raw Material Management: Work with Operators to organize and maximize the inclusion of all raw materials and rework in the production process.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that physical characteristics are monitored hourly and evaluate products for specs, grits, flavor, density, mix abilities, and moisture.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Degree or Equivalent; Preferred Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in a dairy processing plant.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
