Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as a contract SLP in a school near Reynoldsburg, OH. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and experienced SLP to work with prek-5 students and make a meaningful impact in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments of students referred for possible speech and language needs, and provide individual and/or group therapy sessions to address identified disorders.
  • Case Management: Develop and implement individualized education plans, present them to parents, school administrators, and other stakeholders, and maintain accurate records for all students on the caseload.
  • Collaboration and Consultation: Work closely with teachers, counselors, parents, nurses, and administrators to address speech and language concerns, and provide reports of student progress to parents.
  • Organizational and Administrative Tasks: Organize student caseload, develop a schedule for each assigned school, and create resource materials for use in speech and language development.
Requirements
  • Ohio SLP License: Must hold a valid Ohio Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • SLP Clearance: Must have SLP clearance conducted by the Ohio Department of Education, including a background check.
