Salary: Competitive salary package including a competitive base salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, plus additional benefits and incentives.

Job Description: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing high levels of safety, health, and environmental compliance through effective communication, monitoring, training, and performance standards. You will drive accountability among your direct reports, facilitate root cause analyses, and supervise salaried and unionized maintenance employees. You will also prepare recommendations for major repairs, replacements, upgrades, and new processes, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience. You should have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a continuous process manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of CMMS programs such as Maximo. Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to empower and direct a diverse workforce. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
