Job Description:

  • As a Commercial Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest level of quality in our services.
  • You will work independently, utilizing your skills and judgment to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide window cleaning, roof cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services to customers.
  • Speak with customers about additional services and identify opportunities to sell more work.
  • Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies on the vehicle.
  • Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
  • Complete invoices and follow work orders as required.
  • Reinforce quality control and cross-train fellow technicians.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Physical ability to lift ladders.
  • Willing and able to work up to 32 feet on a ladder.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and personality.
