Key Responsibilities

  • Defend clients in employment-related litigation, including wage and hour claims and employment counseling

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of labor and employment defense experience
  • Strong background in general employment litigation, including wage and hour litigation, and employment counseling
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Federal and state court experience
  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • California State Bar membership
