We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot in Command to join our team at Executive Jet Management, Inc. As a key member of our flight crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our Challenger 650 aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Flight Operations: Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements, complete flight planning and performance tasks, and utilize Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to mitigate operational risks.
- Aircraft Maintenance: Complete all pre-flight tasks, including maintenance status checks, and record any discrepancies in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to owners and passengers, including passenger briefings and resolving any service deviations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with fellow crew members and EJM internal partners to provide a consistent service experience.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in corporate/business aviation, with a minimum of 3500 hours of total flight time.
- Certifications: FAA Type rating in applicable fleet, Multi Engine Land (MEL), Pilot in Command, and Instrument ratings.
- Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
