We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Expert to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available for staff use.
- Participate in deep cleaning and sanitizing of high-touch areas and guest rooms, adhering to company standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move throughout the hotel for extended periods.
