We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial and Gym Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Crunch Fitness. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our fitness facilities, providing an exceptional experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including buffing, vacuuming, and chemical use.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of locker rooms, tanning beds, equipment, and other areas of the club.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of floors, railings, stairs, walls, and partitions.
- High dusting and polishing of furniture.
- Recognize and adhere to safety and health standards.
- Operate cleaning stations and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overnight and day shifts.
- Good communication skills with customers and colleagues.
- Basic math skills.
This is a full-time or part-time position, depending on the needs of the club. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
CompensationThe hourly rate for this position is $13.50.
