About the Opportunity:
The University of Washington is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join its team at Harborview Medical Center. This role is for a Night Shift position, with a 90% FTE (full-time equivalent) schedule.

Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse on our Neuro/Tel unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment. This involves assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing direct patient care and education to patients and families.
  • Assessing and documenting patients' medical histories, symptoms, and treatment responses.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program is required. Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Washington is also necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $124,000 - $143,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
