Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate and oversee content from naval vessels and commands, ensuring timely publication across designated sites and libraries.
  • Implement strategic and tactical measures for all SharePoint-related requirements.
  • Maintain and support an existing Content Management System alongside a SharePoint site collection.
  • Develop new and customized Section 508 compliant websites, document libraries, workflows, and other SharePoint functionalities.
  • Engage with both internal and external partners to assess and understand site modifications based on user needs.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and auditing of websites to eliminate any personally identifiable information.
  • Enhance website content through photo editing and image optimization.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably within a federal government or military context, with a strong background in SharePoint and web management.
  • Preferred certifications include SharePoint (MOS 2010/2013, MCSA, MCSE, MCSD).
  • Proficient in SharePoint technologies and applications, including InfoPath Forms, Workflows, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Bamboo Solutions, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
  • Must possess an active SECRET security clearance.
