Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement nutrition care plans for patients.
- Screen and assign levels of nutritional risk based on hospital-established criteria.
- Provide nutrition education to patients and their families.
- Document patient progress in the electronic medical record.
- Continuously evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of medical nutritional therapy interventions.
- Participate in performance evaluation and improvement activities.
- Maintain accurate cardfile records in Health Touch.
- Mentor dietetic interns and students.
- Stay up-to-date with professional development and competency.
- BS or advanced degree in Foods and Nutrition or Dietetics.
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or eligible to sit for the Registered Dietitian Examination.

$70,720.00 minimum to $72,800.00 maximum Annual Salary.
Our competitive base rates will be dependent on your relevant experience, education, and skills.
