Key Responsibilities- Coordinate clinical aspects of transplant patient care, including evaluation, listing, and post-transplant phases.
- Maintain 24-hour accountability for the coordination of deceased organ offers, ensuring timely and efficient matching.
- Facilitate quality patient care for transplant patients, donors, and their families, providing emotional support and education throughout the transplant process.
- Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary transplant team, collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Work closely with patients and their families to ensure continuity of care, addressing their needs and concerns in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
- Minimum of two to four years of medical/surgical nursing experience or nephrology experience preferred.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota may be required depending on patient/job assignment.

What We Offer- Competitive hourly rate: $32.50 - $48.75 per hour
