Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN), Cardiac Cath Lab

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Cardiac Cath Lab at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Provide competent and compassionate care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures.
  • Collaborate with the primary physician, APPs, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, patient education, and transitions of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement efforts and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • Previous staff nurse experience in an acute care hospital, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
  • Cardiac experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work day/night rotation, including every 3rd weekend and holidays.
