Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Additionally, Cross Country Allied offers a comprehensive benefits package, including private housing or a generous housing allowance, health insurance with prescription coverage, dependent health insurance with prescription coverage, competitive salaries, referral bonuses, travel reimbursement, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

 

Job Description

As a skilled nursing facility physical therapist, you will provide PT services to help patients regain their health and mobility. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients' mobility, strength, and function, developing treatment plans, maintaining records, and providing patient and family education.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of post-clinical work experience in a skilled nursing setting
  • Degree in a relevant field
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state/compact license
