Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist at Froedtert Health, you will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. You will participate in department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs within Rehabilitation Services.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and document patient care and treatment programs, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions.
- Participate in department activities, such as quality improvement initiatives and education programs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Relevant inpatient/outpatient experience is preferred.
- WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days.
