- Interface with and support Development and Plant engineering on new product and process introductions, raw material changes, and equipment design changes.
- Apply DMAIC principles to achieve project objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical or engineering field.
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools, such as DMAIC, MEE, error proofing, and KT.
- Strong technical abilities and experience.
- Strong demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong soft skills, including persuasion, negotiation, influencing, leadership, and people development.
- Results-oriented and high commitment.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and high levels of uncertainty and change.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to collaborate across organizational boundaries.
- Process improvement experience.
- Presentation skills.
- US Citizenship required.
- Structured problem-solving skills, such as KT and DMAIC.
- Project management skills.
- DMAIC Six Sigma methodology.
- Green Belt Certified.
- Experience supervising and coaching personnel.
This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $146,013.00 to $202,013.00, assuming full-time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
