Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Proliance Surgeons. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and operating room staff with surgical procedures, handling instruments, supplies, and equipment as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care throughout the surgical experience.
  • Maintain a sterile environment and ensure proper handling of instruments and supplies.
  • Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and operating room staff to ensure efficient and safe procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, supplies, and inventory to ensure availability and functionality.
  • Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with healthcare changes and advancements.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program.
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification preferred.
  • Current State licensure and CPR certification.
  • Two years of direct experience in surgical technology or a related field.
