Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Leidos in Kansas City. As a key member of our Digital Modernization Group, you will play a critical role in supporting the National Airspace System Integration Support (NISC) mission.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing engineering review and design services for projects on and off airport grounds.
  • Designing and reviewing FAA buildings, equipment shelters, communication centers, and access roads.
  • Overseeing the construction and maintenance of FAA facilities, roads, and equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering.
  • 2+ years of related work experience or Master's with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior FAA experience desired.
  • Knowledge/Experience of Airports desired.
