Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform analyses to support various applications, including BWR reload analysis, power uprate, and new power plant analyses.
  • Work within an energetic team environment to apply state-of-the-art thermal hydraulics methods to satisfy licensing requirements and solve real-day-to-day plant problems.
  • Lead a variety of projects, including technical evaluations and analyses in the area of plant transients, thermal hydraulics, stability, radiological, LOCA, reload analysis, and more.
  • Deliver products at a consistently high and sustainable level in accordance with customer requirements, business procedures, and regulatory agency guidelines.
  • Work effectively and make positive contributions in a dynamic team environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Discipline (Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or similar).
  • Eligibility Requirement: This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
  • Desired Characteristics: Experience or interest in Nuclear Engineering disciplines, including Nuclear Methods, LOCA & Containment, Stability & Radiological, Fuel Performance & Design, Transient Analysis, and Fuel Bundle/Core Design.
