Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated at $41,180 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly wage of $34.50-$49.50. This compensation package reflects the good faith estimate of the employer and may vary based on individual qualifications and performance.

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a member of our healthcare staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients by providing personalized physical therapy programs that promote recovery, mobility, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Administer physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and other therapies, to help clients recover from injuries or illnesses
  • Document client progress and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results
  • Educate clients and their families about treatment options, self-exercises, and healthy lifestyle habits
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state(s) where the job will be performed
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for health care providers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
