Job Title: Nurse for Student Care

**Job Summary:**

TLC Companions Home Health Care LLC is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide medical care and support to students in a school setting. As a member of our TLC Care Team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with complex medical needs.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide medical assistance and care to students with various health conditions, including cerebral palsy, respiratory issues, and tube feeding requirements
* Monitor students' conditions and chart observations, perform vital signs, and review medication
* Administer medication as prescribed by the students' physicians
* Communicate effectively with school staff, family members, and other healthcare professionals

**Requirements:**

* Graduate of an accredited nursing program
* Current state license as an RN
* Proof of current CPR certification
* Experience with trach tubes, tube feedings, and O2 monitoring
* Compassionate and friendly demeanor
* Excellent communication skills
* Reliable transportation to assignments each day
